Summary

Provide luxury beauty and fragrance consultations on the retail floor, delivering personalized service to each customer. Use product knowledge to recommend items, demonstrate applications, and drive sales. Maintain high standards of presentation and client experience in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one consultations and product recommendations to customers.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Perform product demonstrations, sampling, and application services as needed.
• Maintain merchandising, stock levels, and presentation standards on the sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately and assist with daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or beauty sales experience, preferably with luxury cosmetics or fragrance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Passion for beauty, fragrance, and product knowledge with the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and the ability to maintain visual merchandising standards.
