Summary

Provide personalized skincare and cosmetics consultations to clients in a high-end department store environment. Deliver product recommendations and demonstrations to drive sales and exceed individual and store goals. Maintain merchandising standards and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one consultations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
• Maintain merchandising, displays, and stock levels to brand standards.
• Process transactions accurately and manage client records and appointments.
• Participate in trainings to stay current on product knowledge and techniques.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or beauty sales experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated product knowledge and ability to perform demonstrations.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
