Provide personalized beauty consultations and drive sales of fragrance and cosmetics as an in-store advisor. Deliver an elevated client experience through product knowledge, sampling, and tailored recommendations. Represent the brand with professional merchandising and support of promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, assess needs, and provide one-on-one product demonstrations and recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Maintain product presentation, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards at the counter.
• Support promotions, sampling events, and new product launches.

Requirements

• Previous retail beauty or cosmetics sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to work a flexible, retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Basic product knowledge of fragrance and skincare and willingness to participate in product training.
