The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers in the store's beauty space. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining merchandising standards. The advisor builds client relationships through product knowledge, demonstrations, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Offer one-on-one consultations, product demonstrations, and makeup application to meet customer needs.
• Recommend and sell skincare, makeup, and fragrance products to achieve individual and department sales goals.
• Maintain attractive merchandising, replenish stock, and ensure product displays are presentation-ready.
• Process transactions, sample distribution, and maintain accurate customer records for follow-up.
• Stay current on product launches, promotions, and brand standards to support a cohesive beauty experience.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail or beauty sales experience, preferably in cosmetics or fragrance.
• Strong communication skills with a consultative selling approach and client service orientation.
• Ability to demonstrate makeup application and product knowledge to customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Professional grooming, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a retail team.
