As a Cosmetics Beauty Advisor you will deliver personalized fragrance and skincare consultations, drive sales, and build lasting client relationships in a high-end department store environment. You will demonstrate product knowledge, provide sampling and application services, and maintain visual merchandising standards. The role requires a customer-focused approach and proactive clienteling to help meet store sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product recommendations and one-on-one consultations to customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through clienteling and upselling.
• Deliver product sampling and application services with attention to hygiene and safety.
• Maintain merchandising, inventory levels, and attractive displays at the counter.
• Participate in training and brand events to increase product knowledge.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics retail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform sampling, and work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
