Cosmetics Counter Manager - Aventura

Summary

The Cosmetics Counter Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Byredo counter at Bloomingdale's Aventura, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role leads and coaches the counter team, implements brand initiatives, and maintains merchandising and inventory standards. The manager partners with store leadership to achieve sales goals and cultivate client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, schedule, and develop counter sales associates to meet performance goals.
• Drive sales and KPIs through clienteling, consultations, and brand events.
• Maintain merchandising standards, product presentation, and visual displays for the counter.
• Manage inventory, receiving, restocking, and loss prevention procedures.
• Handle daily cashiering tasks, sales reconciliation, and basic administrative duties.
• Coordinate with store and brand teams on training, product launches, and promotional execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail cosmetics or luxury beauty management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and coaching retail teams.
• Strong product knowledge of luxury fragrance and cosmetics and excellent customer service skills.
• Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
