The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads and supervises a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver excellent service and sell products in store and online. This role builds client relationships, supports strong product knowledge, and maintains an engaging merchandise presentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using available technology.
• Participate in merchandising and operational activities.
• Keep Beauty Advisors welcoming, engaged, and focused on customer needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use technology and registers, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
