Summary

The Team Manager is a brand ambassador and business leader who drives sales performance and delivers an exceptional client experience. This role supports the Store Manager, leads and develops the team, and ensures effective department operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet financial targets, maximize sales, and identify commercial opportunities.
• Support business planning by analyzing product performance and recommending action plans.
• Deliver an engaging client journey, build lasting client relationships, and strengthen loyalty through clienteling.
• Coach and develop team members through training, feedback, and individual development plans.
• Support store operations, including cash activity, inventory, logistics, reporting, and back-of-house organization.
• Ensure company procedures, product care, and grooming standards are maintained.
