Responsibilities

• Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales opportunities.
• Support business planning through analysis of product performance and action plans.
• Deliver an inspiring client journey, cultivate client relationships, and strengthen loyalty.
• Coach and develop team members through training, briefings, and individual development plans.
• Support store operations, inventory, cash activity, logistics, reporting, and asset protection.
• Ensure company procedures, product care, and grooming standards are maintained.
