Summary

The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads the in-store beauty counter at the Chestnut Hill location, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This role oversees daily operations, coaches staff, and ensures merchandising and inventory standards are met. The manager partners with brand teams to execute promotional activities and maintain a high-touch client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of beauty advisors and consultants to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage daily counter operations including appointments, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Deliver personalized client consultations and build clienteling programs to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with brand partners and corporate teams to execute promotions and product launches.
• Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance with store policies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail or beauty management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and coaching teams.
• Strong product knowledge of cosmetics and beauty trends with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or beauty certifications a plus.
