Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the outlet store at Wrentham Village Premium Outlet. This role leads and develops the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain luxury presentation standards. The manager oversees merchandising, inventory control, and operational compliance to maximize store profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate store team to achieve sales goals and deliver high-quality client experiences.
• Manage store operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Drive sales performance through clienteling, visual merchandising, and execution of promotional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, store presentation, and operational policies.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive team culture and high retention.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion retail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic financial/administrative tasks.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
