Job Description

Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a crucial ambassador for our brand, acting as the primary point of contact for a diverse clientele. This role involves cultivating lasting relationships, anticipating needs, and providing a personalized luxury experience that fosters loyalty and drives business growth. You will navigate various communication channels, address inquiries, resolve complex issues, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities
  • Provide white-glove service via inbound and outbound communication across multiple channels, ensuring prompt, professional, and personalized responses.
  • Address a wide range of customer inquiries related to products, services, orders, and account management, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer interactions, ensuring complete resolution and fostering ongoing satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key clients, anticipating their evolving needs and offering bespoke solutions.
  • Implement strategic clienteling techniques to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in service processes and customer experience.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with Sales, Operations, and other key departments.
  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen and a proactive approach to identifying and converting sales opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, with a track record of successfully handling inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service platforms is highly desired.
