Summary
Lead the Ready-to-Wear department at the New York flagship, driving sales, client development, and visual and service standards while partnering with store leadership to recruit, train, and develop the RTW team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee RTW department performance and company image on the sales floor
- Drive sales targets and mentor the sales team to achieve results
- Develop and execute client strategies to grow lifetime loyalty and spend
- Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting and training RTW staff
- Manage operational functions including opening and closing the department and stock management
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards with BOH partner
- Deliver curated RTW experiences to top clients alongside NY Residence Manager
- Integrate shoes and full-silhouette styling to strengthen RTW business
- Promote cross-selling and upselling across sales teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in the luxury sector
- Proven sales leadership and goal orientation
- Strong product knowledge of RTW collections and styling skills
- Ability to mentor and develop sales team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, adaptable, and strong brand ambassador
- Refined eye for silhouettes and full-look styling
- Curiosity about trends in the luxury sector
- Multilingual skills considered a plus
