Summary
The Deputy Boutique Manager leads boutique sales performance and team development on 5th Avenue, driving client development, operational excellence, and brand representation. Acts as boutique lead in the absence of the Boutique Manager and implements strategies to grow business and maintain luxury standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales and contribute individually to turnover
- Analyze retail KPIs and implement action plans to address opportunities
- Lead and coach the sales team on the shopfloor to improve performance
- Ensure outstanding client experience and execute clienteling plans
- Plan and participate in events to build brand presence and client relationships
- Oversee boutique operations including inventory cash security and store opening and closing
- Supervise store expenses maintenance and adherence to internal controls
- Promote grooming visual merchandising and brand standards
- Support onboarding and development of new team members
Requirements
- Management experience in a luxury retail environment
- Mastery of selling skills and sales KPI management
- Knowledge of brand DNA history and product collections
- Client centric mindset with experience in client development and clienteling
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills
