Designated Beauty Advisor

Summary

The Designated Beauty Advisor is a product specialist responsible for developing deep, long-lasting client relationships and driving brand sales within the store. This role focuses on achieving personal and brand sales targets, delivering expert product knowledge, and representing the brand at in-store events and client interactions. The Specialist also supports merchandising and operational tasks to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service and exceed personal and brand sales targets
• Acquire new clients, develop existing clients, and retain loyal customers through regular communication
• Share expert product knowledge and collaborate with the store selling team and brand/vendor partners
• Support merchandising and sales tasks including floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and event execution
• Attend educational sessions and participate in marketing and assortment recommendations
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with health, safety, and privacy policies

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commission-based sales environment
• Prior luxury retail or product specialist sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build a personal client base
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays and to multitask in a fast-paced environment
