Summary
The Specialist Designated Beauty Advisor develops deep lasting relationships with customers to increase sales service and loyalty while achieving assigned brand sales targets. This role requires product expertise luxury retail experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary customer service consistently
- Exceed personal and brand sales and service targets
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition development and retention
- Share expert product knowledge with the store selling team
- Maintain relationships with buyer vendor and selling manager
- Drive brand sales through marketing opportunities event execution and assortment recommendations
- Attend educational sessions product knowledge vendor and store seminars
- Perform floor recovery visual merchandising price changes and sales support tasks
- Communicate with clients regarding events merchandise requests and follow up
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of two years experience in a commission based sales environment
- Prior retail sales experience as a product specialist in a luxury environment preferred
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Highly collaborative team orientation
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Fully bilingual in French and English
