Seasonal Associate (Sales, Giftwrapping)

Summary

Seasonal Associate providing exceptional customer service and gift wrapping during the holiday season. Role includes sales support, greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and preparing gift packaging to brand standards. Positions may be full time or part time and are seasonal from late October through late December.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and welcoming customer service on the sales floor
• Assist customers with product selection and needs within assigned areas
• Refer customers to specialized team members when needed
• Perform gift wrapping and packaging to elevated brand standards
• Ensure packaging supplies are stocked and available throughout the day
• Support store team with other duties as assigned
• Work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
