Summary
The Designated Selling Associate is a fashion-focused salesperson who builds customer relationships, drives in-store and digital sales, and champions assigned brands through product knowledge, merchandising, and appointment-based selling. Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools and reservations
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through personalized service
- Provide style advice and honest feedback on fit and product value
- Conduct and attend product knowledge trainings and brand meetings
- Drive business through appointment-based selling and grow rewards program accounts
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support merchandising and displays
- Perform stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, transfers and maintain department cleanliness
- Provide product feedback to management to improve assortment

- Physical ability for continuous movement, frequent bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
