Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals using company tools
• Build an appointment-based business and serve booked appointments
• Follow up with customers to suggest merchandise and invite to events
• Provide styling advice and guidance on fit and fashion
• Sell across the store at various price points
• Introduce customers to loyalty program and benefits
• Provide floor coverage and perform department duties like restocking and dusting
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

Requirements

• Proven selling experience with demonstrated results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented with curiosity for building a personal business
• Ability to use company tools to build customer relationships
• Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift and perform physical tasks
