The Designer Dedicated Salesperson is a brand-focused retail sales associate who delivers personalized, appointment-based styling and product expertise to customers. Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools, reservations, and social/text outreach.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through personalized service, follow-up, and appointments.
- Provide style and fit advice, communicate product value, and educate customers on brand trends and assortment.
- Lead or participate in product knowledge meetings and trainings to educate peers and share brand expertise.
- Drive business through appointment-based selling and grow customer accounts.
- Keep the department customer-ready by stocking, re-merchandising, arranging displays, performing price markdowns, handling merchandise transfers, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Provide product feedback to management to influence assortment and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed.
