Dior Shoe Ambassador

Summary

The Dior Shoe Ambassador is responsible for day-to-day sales support, client journey and recruitment, and operational and visual merchandising support for the Dior shoe business within the Neiman Marcus leased department. The role partners with store teams to deliver personalized service, expert product knowledge, and to drive sales while ensuring adherence to Dior brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Dior brand presence and adhere to brand standards through collaboration with store teams.
• Provide personalized client experiences, product knowledge, and brand storytelling to drive sales.
• Support and train leased department sellers, offering styling guidance and collection insights.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and complete boutique opening and closing procedures, including POS operations.
• Manage inventory accuracy, product movements, stockroom organization, and daily operational tasks and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
