Summary
The Dior Shoe Ambassador supports the Dior shoe business within a leased department, delivering exceptional client experiences and day-to-day sales and operational support. The role focuses on driving sales through personalized service, product knowledge, and collaboration with store teams while maintaining Dior visual and operational standards. The ambassador also oversees POS accuracy, inventory control, and boutique presentation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong Dior brand presence and adhere to all brand standards.
- Provide personalized client service, product knowledge, and brand storytelling to drive sales.
- Collaborate with leased department store teams, build relationships, and provide training and styling guidance.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation.
- Process Dior POS transactions accurately and ensure compliance with payment and retention policies.
- Manage inventory tasks including cycle counts, physical inventories, stock audits, shipments, transfers, returns, and retrievals.
- Support daily operational tasks, supply ordering, opening and closing procedures, and sales and banking reconciliation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to upholding company policies, procedures, safety, security, and compliance standards.
