Job Description

Summary

The Director of CRM at David Yurman will be a data and technology-driven, client-centric professional responsible for driving overall retention and qualified acquisition into the brand. This role requires expertise in customer segmentation, targeting, loyalty program development, and clienteling support, working closely with Analytics and technology teams to leverage client insights into actionable CRM strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead CRM strategies to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Build comprehensive customer journeys across various channels ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enable an integrated marketing framework.
  • Define segmentation strategies and manage customer lifecycle initiatives.
  • Leverage customer data platforms and CRM systems for actionable insights.
  • Utilize predictive analytics for personalized customer engagement.
  • Gather requirements and build a voice of the customer strategy.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to monitor key metrics.
  • Develop and execute components of the Customer Loyalty program.
  • Implement tools for personalized outreach and product recommendations.
  • Manage budget related to CRM activities and measure ROI.
  • Manage and develop the CRM team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in CRM/direct marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in Omnichannel Retail CRM, preferably in luxury.
  • Proven success in developing and managing CRM, Loyalty, and Clienteling platforms.
  • Passion for understanding consumer insights and behavior.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Strong communication and quantitative skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • Some travel required.
