Overview

Founded in 2024 in Chelsea, this innovative studio crafts timeless, sculptural handbags that embody a singular vision and rigorous standards of excellence. Blending meticulous craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology, the independent production studio experiments with refined, U.S.-sourced materials to create objects that are both beautifully tactile and enduring in design. A small, dedicated team of in-house artist-makers transforms carefully selected solid walnut, fine Alpine calf leather, and custom inlaid stainless-steel hardware into finished pieces in just two weeks—a process that marries vintage, hand-operated machinery with modern digital techniques. Guests are welcomed by appointment to experience the studio’s thoughtfully designed space, where each detail—from hand-drawn sketches to signature, eco-conscious packaging—reflects the brand’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and the art of high-quality design.

We are looking for our first Head of Sales who will also serve as our Brand Ambassador. You will be the face of the brand across the U.S.—visiting top retailers, hosting trunk shows, pop-ups, and gallery collaborations; cultivating partnerships with luxury service providers; and launching a personal-shopper program that converts high-touch experiences into loyal clients. Success will be measured by brand visibility, qualified client leads, and revenue growth from non-digital channels.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the brand’s ambassador on the road (≈50 % travel). Plan and execute a year-round calendar of trunk shows, pop-ups, and in-store activations that showcase the collection and generate sales.
  • Build and deepen partnerships. Nurture relationships with selective retailers, art galleries, luxury hotels, travel advisors, and related cultural institutions to create co-branded events and broaden our client base.
  • Launch & scale a personal-shopper program. Design and manage a concierge-style service that pairs high-net-worth clients with dedicated advisors and exclusive product previews.
  • Deliver elevated client experiences. Lead product-knowledge trainings for retail staff, host private appointments, and ensure every touchpoint reflects our uncompromising standards.
  • Drive sales & insight feedback loop. Own revenue targets for field activations; analyze sell-through and client feedback to inform merchandising, marketing, and product-development decisions.
  • Represent the brand at industry events. Attend luxury fairs, art shows, auctions, and networking forums to position the studio among tastemakers and press.

Requirements

  • 8–10 + years in luxury fashion, fine jewelry, auction house, or art-world roles that combine sales, clienteling, and partnership development.
  • Documented success hosting trunk shows, pop-ups, VIP events, or gallery exhibitions that drove six-figure+ revenue or high-value client acquisition.
  • A national network of boutique retailers, gallerists, luxury concierges, and personal shoppers—particularly in NYC, LA, Miami, Dallas, Chicago, Aspen, Palm Beach, etc.
  • Polished presentation skills; comfortable advising HNW clients, stylists, and press on design, craftsmanship, and brand story.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset suited to an early-stage studio: hands-on, resourceful, and willing to load sample trunks, set up displays, and troubleshoot on site.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the U.S.
  • Alignment with our core values of artistry, sustainability, and uncompromising quality.
