Responsibilities- Drive the Saks Fifth Avenue clienteling culture through coaching and mentoring of the Client Development team.
- Oversee all Client Development Managers, excluding those within the Fifth Avenue Club.
- Act as the Chief Merchant in partnership with the VP/GM to align merchandise with local needs.
- Execute strategic vision for the store and drive maximum sales and growth.
- Analyze customer behavior and trends to adjust processes and standards.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to optimize collaborative efforts.
- Participate in and lead Store Senior Leadership team meetings.
- Develop top talent Client Development Managers and ensure job roles are filled to drive business.
- Oversee people, product placement, and sales promotion.
- Recognize outstanding performance and address improvement opportunities.
- Champion SFA culture and values to create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
- Partner with various teams to fulfill strategic efforts and oversee Customer Service efforts.
Requirements- 5+ years of luxury retail management experience.
- Experience leading fast-paced, high retail sales volume environments.
- Experience developing and leading clienteling culture.
- Executive leadership presence with strong presentation skills.
- Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to relocate within the United States.
