- Previous buying experience and ability to manage multi-person teams.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in high-volume store management and luxury client service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with high-level executives.
- Ability to motivate and maintain team morale.
- Strategic thinker open to new ideas and change.
- Experience working with European brands preferred.
- Ability to travel 4-5 weeks annually to Paris.
