Distribution Center Associate - CS/QA

Summary

The Distribution Center Associate is responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking, put-away, and shipping of product at the North East, MD distribution center to meet company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The role supports efficient inventory flow and handling practices to prevent damage and ensure on-time shipments. This is a physically demanding position requiring consistent lifting and prolonged periods of standing and movement.

Responsibilities

• Receive pallets and complete receipts by purchase order with vendor-aligned organization
• Stage and load outbound trailers following shipping best practices and load accuracy standards
• Stack and handle items to ensure safe unloading and prevent product damage
• Perform putaway, picking, and shipping tasks accurately to meet productivity and performance goals
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and comply with safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years of distribution or warehouse experience
• Basic mathematics and reading skills with a strong understanding of inventory flow
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Position requires prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
