Distribution Center Associate - MDC3

Summary

The Distribution Center Associate is responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking, put-away, and shipping of product to meet company standards for safety, security, and productivity. This role supports daily warehouse operations and ensures items are handled and staged correctly for outbound transport.

Responsibilities

• Receive pallets and verify receipts by purchase order
• Stage and load outbound trailers following shipping best practices
• Ensure accurate loading and stacking to prevent product damage
• Perform put-away, picking, and storage activities to maintain inventory flow
• Meet individual, team, and departmental productivity and performance goals
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and follow safety regulations

Requirements

• 1+ years of distribution or warehouse experience
• Basic math and reading skills with strong understanding of inventory flow
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and other physical tasks
