Responsibilities- Prepare crystal merchandise for sand blasting, including placing masks on pieces using measuring tools.
- Utilize an exposing unit for artwork exposure onto film and perform washout using power or auto washers.
- Match paperwork to merchandise, scan work into PKMS, and prioritize orders by date.
- Perform crystal finishing, including sandblasting, taping, and final washout using soak tanks and drying processes.
- Inspect merchandise for flaws and ensure quality standards are met, communicating issues to Management and Quality Assurance.
- Adapt to new responsibilities and support all Personalization areas and Distribution as needed.
- Consistently follow safe work procedures and report incidents or safety issues promptly.
Requirements- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Flexibility to change functions as needed and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workflow, handle multiple tasks, and work with minimum supervision.
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures regarding safety and equipment operation.
- Ability to lift 35lbs, with occasional lifting of 50 lbs.
- Two years of work experience in a technical or production environment preferred.
- Knowledge of PKMS and WMS preferred.
