Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to in-store expert for watches and jewelry, providing product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Drive the watch and jewelry business and maintain top-seller performance within the category.
• Lead product training, support new launches, and demonstrate best practices during the selling ceremony.
• Communicate corporate strategy and business priorities to the team via morning briefings, trainings, and 1:1 coaching.
• Observe, coach, and support team members to improve clienteling and sales performance.
• Manage and grow a personal portfolio of clients through proactive client development and relationship building.

Requirements

• Passion for the category with excellent storytelling and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales experience and a track record of high performance as a seller in watches or jewelry.
• Deep product knowledge and ability to train and mentor colleagues on the category.
