FT Sales Ambassador - FOC

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor by providing personalized styling guidance and product knowledge. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships, leveraging digital tools for clienteling, and contributing to store sales goals. The position serves as an entry point for future management opportunities within the retail organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, assess customer needs, and provide personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales performance to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and KPIs.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools (e.g., Polo Connect) to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors, support training, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Maintain store visual standards and support store initiatives, community outreach, and talent sourcing efforts.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs; able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience using digital sales tools preferred and ability to adapt selling approach for in-person and remote customers.
