Fashion Advisor - Beverly Hills

Summary

Provide exceptional client service and fashion expertise to drive client conversion, retention, and revenue for the boutique. Work collaboratively with the sales team and boutique leadership to create excitement and desire around product offerings and cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized outreach and follow-up. This is a full-time, in-store role requiring flexibility to support peak retail hours and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
• Support sales goals by increasing client conversion and retention to drive boutique revenue
• Accept and track repairs and coordinate alterations with ongoing client communication
• Collaborate with the boutique team and leadership to meet merchandising and sales objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and perform in-store tasks
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays; full-time in-store presence required
• Excellent communication skills, strong service orientation, and passion for fashion; foreign language skills preferred
• Team-oriented with curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the retail environment
