Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke, tailored client service and personalized styling to build long-term client relationships.

• Manage the client journey including after-sales service, follow-up, and accurate data capture.
• Support daily boutique operations and back-of-house tasks, including assisting with alterations and maintaining merchandising standards.
