Summary

Serve as a Fragrance and Beauty Advisor and brand ambassador, creating elevated client experiences in-store. Build lasting client relationships, support sales targets, and share product and brand knowledge with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service and build client loyalty through personal connection and trust.
• Achieve sales targets by presenting products and services, capturing client data, and recruiting and retaining clients.
• Deliver a seamless experience across in-store and online channels and resolve client concerns in line with company standards.
• Participate in seasonal education, learn about products and upcoming events, and share brand knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, professional work area and follow visual merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

• Passion for cosmetics, fragrance, and beauty products; artistry skills and direct brand experience are preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to client experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively, learn, and adapt to scheduling changes and direction.
• Ability to lift up to 5 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Full-time, in-store presence is required.
