Summary

The Fragrance & Beauty Advisor serves as a CHANEL brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client service and building long-lasting relationships. The role focuses on driving sales through product knowledge, personalized client experiences, and an omni-channel mindset. Advisors support in-store events, brand education, and uphold visual merchandising and professional presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to every client using the CHANEL service ritual
• Deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connection and data capture
• Achieve sales targets by promoting products, services, and client recruitment
• Attend seasonal seminars and utilize training tools to apply learnings
• Support an omni-channel experience between in-store and online
• Address and resolve client situations per company standards and partner with teams as needed
• Maintain a clean, tidy, hygienic work area and follow Visual Merchandising guidelines

Requirements

• Full-time, in-store presence required
• Knowledgeable and passionate about cosmetics and fragrance; artistry skills preferred
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs
• Team player with curiosity and a desire to learn and grow
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
