Summary

Deliver first-class service to interior design and trade clients, driving the growth of the trade business through consultations, site visits, and coordination of product installations. Represent the gallery with polished communication and professional presentation while maintaining luxury visual and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Residential Trade Leader to grow the interior design trade business.
• Qualify and educate design and trade clientele through consultations and site visits.
• Assist with design development and coordinate internal services and product installations.
• Provide product expertise and elevated client service on the gallery floor.
• Maintain high visual and quality standards within the gallery.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-end interior design showroom or luxury retail environment.
• Strategic, highly organized and results-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building a thriving trade business.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Clean driving record, current driver's license and ability to travel locally or out of state.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and to stand, bend, stoop, kneel and maneuver around the gallery and stock room.
