Summary

Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional in-store experiences by delivering personalized styling and product expertise to clients. They build and maintain client relationships through outreach and CRM tools, support store standards, and contribute to overall sales performance. This role emphasizes clienteling, teamwork, and can lead to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual sales results and support team achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and execute clienteling and outreach strategies.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to strengthen customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store initiatives and community outreach.
• Support recruiting, training, and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and teammates.
• Comfortable using digital sales tools and operating a register.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including day, evening, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Ability to work across the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office areas.
