Full Time Sales Associate - McArthur Glen Outlet

Summary

Join the outlet sales team to represent the brand through exceptional in-store and virtual client interactions. Drive sales performance by cultivating and maintaining clientele, meeting monthly targets, and delivering high service standards. Support store operations including inventory, merchandising, and cash/key-holder responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and deliver attentive, knowledgeable client service both in-store and virtually
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and follow-up
• Manage client book, perform outreach (calls, emails, thank-you notes) and handle out-of-town shipping
• Perform key-holder duties: open/close store, cash handling, and end-of-day procedures
• Support inventory, shipping/receiving, back-of-house tasks and special projects
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Operate POS/register systems and CRM/UltiPro portals as required

Requirements

• 2-5 years luxury retail experience with an established clientele
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills; additional languages (preferably Chinese) advantageous
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work across a 7-day store schedule
• Experience with cash handling, key-holder responsibilities and retail operations
• Post-secondary education preferred and proficiency with POS/CRM systems
