Gallery Leader - Thousand Oaks

Summary

The Gallery Leader will lead and develop associates across all functions of the Thousand Oaks gallery, ensuring exceptional service and execution of RH’s design-driven retail strategy. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing bottom-line performance, and fostering a culture of refined taste and professionalism. The Leader partners with field and people teams to resolve HR matters, implement initiatives, and empower teams to deliver top results.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop teams to promote a positive, high-performing environment that drives sales and controls expenses
• Attract and retain talent at all levels and uphold professional standards and brand presentation
• Represent the RH brand through polished communication, appearance, and a refined point of view on design
• Monitor, communicate and analyze business performance and determine strategies to achieve results
• Support loss prevention, physical security, cash controls, inventory management and internal audits
• Implement and provide follow-up for initiatives, rollouts and operational changes

Requirements

• 10+ years leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms, luxury retail or similar field
• Interior design experience preferred
• Proven ability to foster a positive, empowering work environment and develop associates
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; results-driven and high energy
• Strong communication skills and a creative point of view
• Ability to lift or mobilize items up to 25 lbs., maneuver around gallery floor and stock room, and perform prolonged standing and other physical duties
