General Manager - Aventura

Summary

The General Manager leads all aspects of store operations for the Aventura location, delivering exceptional luxury customer service and driving sales performance. Responsible for building and developing a high-performing team while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards. This role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership, and proven experience in luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Manage day-to-day store operations including merchandising, visual standards, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Drive local sales strategy, clienteling, and outreach to grow customer base and repeat business.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage performance of staff; create staffing plans and schedules.
• Analyze sales metrics and implement action plans to meet financial and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and commercial skills.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic sales analytics.
