General Manager - Roosevelt Field

Summary

Experienced General Manager responsible for overseeing all store operations at the Roosevelt Field location, driving sales performance, and leading the team to deliver excellent customer experiences. This role focuses on operational excellence, team development, and achieving financial targets for the store. The General Manager will partner with regional leadership to execute company strategies at the store level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations to meet sales and profitability goals
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store team members
• Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention efforts
• Analyze sales data and implement action plans to drive results
• Control expenses and manage payroll to meet budget targets
• Represent the brand in the local community and at the Roosevelt Field location

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of retail management experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment
