Summary

The General Manager leads all store operations at the Roosevelt Field location, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a high level of customer service. This role oversees staff management, visual presentation, and inventory control while ensuring store targets and standards are met. The General Manager represents company values in the store and partners with regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals
• Recruit hire train and develop store team members
• Coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance
• Manage payroll labor scheduling and expense controls
• Oversee inventory management merchandising and visual standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and loss prevention
• Analyze sales metrics and implement action plans to drive results
• Partner with regional leadership on store initiatives and promotional activities

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of retail management experience
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing P&L
• Strong leadership coaching and team development skills
• Excellent communication organizational and problem solving abilities
• Knowledge of inventory control merchandising and store operations
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
