Group Director Corporate Talent Pipeline

As the Group Director of Corporate Talent Pipeline at Chanel, you will lead efforts to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, driving hiring efforts and ensuring the growth and development of internal talent. This strategic role requires a strong background in talent acquisition and management, with a passion for fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce.

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities and recruitment agencies.
• Train and support hiring managers in best practices for interviewing and selection.
• Lead divisional and corporate talent reviews and succession planning processes.
• Champion internal mobility by connecting talents with opportunities.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal talent initiatives.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and management.
