Summary

Supervise daily store operations at the Stanford Shopping Center location, ensuring high standards of customer service and team performance. Lead a team to achieve sales targets and maintain visual merchandising and operational excellence. Act as the primary on-site leader in the absence of senior management and support staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures and cash handling.

• Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail supervisory or management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a retail team.

• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
