Job Description

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports the Store Manager in operating a well-run boutique and leads the sales team to deliver an exceptional client journey. This role focuses on driving sales, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards in customer service and store operations within a luxury leather goods environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to foster teamwork, trust, and collaboration.
  • Drive sales through clienteling, sourcing new customers, and developing long-term relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance and conversion rates and recommend improvements.
  • Provide outstanding client service and lead by example on the salesfloor.
  • Support store operations including visual merchandising, opening and closing, and inventory management.
  • Train, coach, and develop sales associates in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Create and maintain relationships with external partners and concession shops.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of retail experience, preferably with luxury brand experience.
  • At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of leather goods and CRM systems.
  • Strong salesfloor presence and client focused mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
