Team Lead - Valley Fair

Summary

The Team Lead will support the Store Manager and Team Managers to mentor and develop the sales team, build client relationships, champion sales goals, and ensure exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail environment at Valley Fair.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Team Managers in coaching and developing team members
• Drive client acquisition and retention through personalized service
• Lead selling and floor management activities to achieve sales targets
• Champion a specific product category and promote expertise
• Support daily store operations and ensure standards are met
• Mentor staff to deliver consistent luxury client experiences
• Collaborate on strategies to enhance business performance
