Summary
Store Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting management in day-to-day store operations at the Great Mall location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and coaching the sales team to maintain brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Maintain a guest ready store where clients feel welcomed
- Build sales through styling expertise product knowledge and seasonal trends
- Manage client journey behaviors to drive repeat business
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Open and close the store according to procedure
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
