Summary
Responsible for achieving individual sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury boutique environment. Acts as a product expert across collections, assists with simple repairs and after sales service, and supports boutique operations including opening and closing and communication with corporate in the manager's absence.
Responsibilities
- Achieve preset sales objectives and develop clientele.
- Capture and maintain client information to drive relationships and sales.
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge across collections.
- Develop basic pen repair and after sales service skills.
- Maintain the aesthetic quality and merchandising of the store.
- Open and close the boutique as required.
- Handle transfers and communication with corporate in absence of management.
- Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed according to protocol.
- Perform physical tasks such as unpacking, lifting, bending, and occasional ladder use.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience; luxury, jewelry, or high-end product experience preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust with customers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Ability to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Capable of standing on the sales floor for the majority of the day.
- Ability to reach, bend, and occasionally use a ladder to access product.
