Summary
The Sales Supervisor will support store management at the Valley Fair location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and coaching the sales team. The role helps implement company policies and store standards while contributing to day-to-day operations including opening and closing the store.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Maintain guest ready store environment and organized sales floor and stockroom
- Build sales through product knowledge, styling expertise, and seasonal trends
- Initiate and maintain regular client contact and follow-up on sales and inquiries
- Coach and develop team members and foster collaboration with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Implement and enforce company policies and corporate initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail, sales, or industry-adjacent experience focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and building client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product knowledge
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
