Home Delivery Associate

Summary

The Home Delivery Associate performs warehouse and delivery preparation duties to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered in excellent condition. This role supports inbound and outbound operations including staging, inspection, and loading of merchandise. The associate maintains a clean, organized warehouse and adheres to company standards for product quality and handling.

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and clean the warehouse space; remove debris and packaging
• Unload, label, scan, and organize incoming product
• Fully inspect products to ensure highest quality
• Wrap, prepare, process, and load returns
• Verify items in assigned outbound lanes and prepare orders for delivery

Requirements

• Sense of teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and mobilize items of at least 75 lbs
• Must be able to pass a background screen
